REFUND/RETURN POLICY
In some cases you might decide that your MOVI Hat just doesn't fit or look the way you would like it to. We get it. We are super particular about how things look too and understand everyone has different styles and tastes. This is why we allow you to return your unworn and unused merchandise for up to 14 days after it was delivered to you for a refund - less shipping costs. Once we have received your items, we will inspect them for any signs of wear, use, or damage. We do not refund shipping fees. If an item is found to be used, worn, or damaged, then a partial refund will be issued. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on product for hygienic reasons or if the product appears to be damaged by the customer. Please note that all shipping costs related to a return/exchange is the customer's responsibility. Also, please be sure to include your name and your order number in your return so the refund can be issued to the correct customer. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.

If a package is received with insufficient postage, the amount due will be deducted from the refund total.  We are not responsible for any lost returned packages and we highly recommend keeping your tracking number and purchasing insurance.


EXCHANGE POLICY
Change your mind? No problem. You may exchange your unworn and unused merchandise for up to 14 days after your merchandise was delivered. Simply send the hat you initially purchased to the address above for a refund.  Then, feel free to purchase the correct hat on our site. Please note that all shipping costs related to an exchange is the customer's responsibility.


SALE AND GIFTED ITEMS
All sale items are final. Sales include but are not limited to gift cards, discount codes, and of course any items directly on sale. Any purchases made during a sale or with a discount code of any sort cannot be returned. No exceptions. Exchanges for items that were purchased on sale, with a discount code, gift card, etc. may be allowed on a case-by-case basis, but never on items that are on closeout.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
When you place an order on our website from another country, you are required to pay customs to bring that item into your country - it is your country’s sales tax. We cannot declare your item as a gift, it is illegal and a federal offense in the United States. International orders may be subject to duties and/or taxes and they are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery. No exceptions.


HOLIDAY POLICY 
Any eligible orders that are placed in the month of December will have until January 10th to be returned for store credit only. Eligible orders would be those that are not already limited or restricted by the policies outlined above. All policies related to unused and unworn merchandise along with shipping fees shall still apply.
